Thanks for your comment. I would suggest if you are already trained in mediation and are interested in becoming a mediator for Part C or Part B of the IDEA, you contact your state education agency and /or the lead agency in your state for early childhood services. If you have not yet been trained in mediation or alternative dispute resolution you contact higher education programs that provide that training. I wish you luck.</description>
